Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Katie Garrison Art. Because each piece of art is custom-printed to order, I have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process for my customers.

1. Return Rules (Standard Art Prints & Merchandise)

For standard prints and merchandise not marked as final sale, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Restocking Fee: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of my prints, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the full value of the product, as I cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following collections are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Original Paintings
  • Hand-Embellished Art Prints
  • Clearance Prints

While these items are final sale, I am committed to the quality of my work. If you have any concerns regarding the craftsmanship of a custom piece, please contact me at hello@katiegarrisonart.com.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged due to production errors or shipping mishandling:

  • Proof Required: Please email photographic evidence of the damage (to both the product and the outer packaging) to hello@katiegarrisonart.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement: Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Window: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Eligibility: Cancellations are only available if the order has not yet entered production (for prints) or has not yet shipped (for in-stock items).
  • Refund: Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will receive a 100% refund.
