Thank you for shopping at Katie Garrison Art. I genuinely appreciate your support of my work. This policy outlines how I prepare, protect, and deliver your artwork to your door.
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
I offer tiered service levels for domestic orders to ensure you can choose the option that best fits your needs.
• Standard Insured Shipping (FREE):
◦ Timeline: Delivered within 6–10 business days.
◦ Details: Our most cost-effective option, utilizing standard production and ground shipping.
• Priority Processing & Shipping (Paid Upgrade):
◦ Timeline: Delivered within 3–5 business days.
◦ Details: Your order is moved to the front of the production line and shipped via expedited methods. Cost is calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
• Signature Insured Gallery Shipping (Complimentary for Embellishments):
◦ Timeline: Hand-embellished orders require an additional 2-4 weeks for Katie’s hand-painting and drying process.
◦ Details: These premium orders include complimentary insured shipping to ensure your custom-finished artwork arrives safely.
2. International Shipping
I offer secure international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL or UPS for end-to-end tracking.
• All International Markets (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & NZ): I utilize Managed Markets to provide a seamless "Domestic-feel" checkout. All applicable duties and taxes (VAT/GST/HST) are calculated and collected at checkout. This ensures your artwork clears customs immediately with no additional "pay-on-delivery" or brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is your final total.
• Delivery Estimates:
◦ Canada: 6–10 business days
◦ Europe/UK: 6–12 business days
◦ Oceania: 8–15 business days
3. Holiday Shipping & Deadlines
During the peak holiday season (Nov 15 – Dec 31), carrier volumes increase.
• Order Early: Please place orders at least 14 business days in advance for Domestic and 21 business days for International to ensure holiday arrival.
• Carrier Delays: While I maintain fast production speeds, I cannot guarantee carrier timelines once a package has left the studio during the holiday rush.
4. Processing & Production
Every piece of art is hand-inspected and printed to order.
• Standard Orders: Processed in the order received.
• Priority Orders: Receive immediate production placement for accelerated delivery.
• Embellished Orders: These are shipped to Katie's studio first for hand-painting, requiring a longer lead time as noted above.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For high-value embellished pieces, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact hello@katiegarrisonart.com.
6. Legal and Compliance
