Why do the framed stretched canvas prints have a black border in the product photo?

This is one of the most asked questions! The appearance of the black border in the product pictures is actually the space between the canvas and the frame since the frame is "floating". In reality, there is no border.

Stretched canvas prints offer incredible texture and durability and arrive ready to hang without the need to frame. Rolled canvas prints are unstretched and offer the same texture and durability as stretched canvas but with the added flexibility to frame or display however you choose.
